Professional Aromatherapy (Using Pre-Blended Oils) Online Course

Learn how to give a qualified aromatherapy treatment to enable you to give your clients relaxation, improve their circulation, reduce headaches, reduce muscle soreness, increase energy, become uplifted, increase sleepiness, and many more conditions. You must also have a Professional Body Massage training course in order to offer professionally accredited aromatherapy massage.

If you prefer to make your own blended oils, I also offer a professional aromatherapy course for making blended oils. If your learning of aromatherapy is just for your own use, you can also choose to come in for an Organic Oils for Health Consultation, or an Aromatherapy Massage in the suite. We offer plenty of choice to suit your needs!

This Guild Training International (GTi) courses is tutored by experienced therapist Steve, who has PTLLS Level 4 teaching qualification. The course includes certification to practice through accreditation and insurance provided by the Guild Of Beauty Therapists awarding body. Guild student insurance is included for the duration of the course, plus a discounted price on Guild membership is available through al Covo on completion.

The theory is delivered and examined online with all the required resources available and online tutorial support when you need it.

The course covers the use of essential oils, in order to help improve both the physical and emotional well-being of a client, by treating the whole person. The basis of aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, and their ability to be absorbed into the blood stream through the skin or respiratory system. These oils initiate chemical changes through their reactions with hormones and enzymes, affecting both body and mind.

This course will teach you everything you need to know in order to carry out a professional aromatherapy treatment using pre-blended oils. You must also have a Professional Body Massage training course in order to offer aromatherapy massage.

The course is completed entirely online in your own time. This means that GTi gives you flexible learning designed to fit in around your lifestyle. Full tutorial support is available throughout your learning experience.

The GTi Aromatherpy course describes all the characteristics of the essential and carrier oils as well as describing how you can incorporate aromatherapy into your massage treatments.

The course also covers the history and theories behind the treatment as well as reception and consultation and how to recognise any contra-indications to treatment.

The course is beautifully written and accompanied by images and a voiceover to give you the best possible learning experience.

The GTi Aromatherapy course includes the GTi Professional Standards course, for all students who have yet to complete this course.

The course is fully accredited by the Guild of Beauty Therapists, the UK’s leading professional beauty trade body, for membership and insurance purposes. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a full-colour certificate for a GTi Award in Aromatherapy.
