You can have an infrared sauna cocoon or hot tub, or both, followed by a massage of choice, with Meditation, Reiki and Reflexology. Shirodhara, Marma Point Facial Massage and Indian Head Massage are excellent massage choices for relaxing the head. You may also be recommended to take home Neals Yard Remedies organic facial bed time serum, Neom Organics candles, Neals Yard Remedies Calming candles, a lavender or white tea pillow mist, and our natural Japanese herbal remedy foot patches, to aid your sleep.
