The Ayurvedic Rebalancing Holistic Treatment Package honours your body in a traditional Indian way. Steve is your therapist, who has travelled and worked in ayurvedic centres in Kerala and Goa, India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Ayurveda maintains health and beauty through key elements of detoxification, nutrition, nourishment through herbs and natural products (naturopathy), meditation and massage. Your personalised package will be put together by Steve following a consultation. The package may include a choice of options dependent on your condition and desired outcome, which is discussed during the Ayurvedic Consultation. A skin detoxification (panchakarma) treatment with a sizzling hot oil and herbal compress traditionally called Kizhi, a far infrared sauna blanket cocoon, a heated oil flow onto the forehead and third eye (Shirodhara), Indian Head Massage, Ayurvedic Marma Point Facial Massage Ayurvedic Full Body Massage, Marma Point Therapy and Kati and Janu Basti are all treatment choices here at the suite.

Some examples of recommended packages are:

2 hours: Chakra Consultation followed by an Indian Head Massage.

3 hours: Shirodhara and Ayurvedic Full Body Massage with Kati Basti.

4 hours: Indian Head Massage, Far InfraRed Sauna Blanket Cocoon, with Kizhi Skin Conditioning and Marma Chikitza.

Session time includes consultation, treatment, aftercare and any use of shower/washroom. Please note an extra (free) 20 minutes may be required for your first treatment's consultation. Membership and Treatment Course Prepurchases can save you money. We reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee for missed appointments and cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
